Installation is easy
- Click the big Download Now button above
- Click Save or Save File (depending on your browser)
- When the download is completed, locate gm5f_setup.exe and run
- Follow the steps to complete the installation
- GroupMail will automatically start and you're ready to get going !

| Q: Will installing over an older version delete all my old Groups/Settings ? |
| |
| A: No, the new version will just update the program files and not overwite your old Groups, Messages or Account settings |

| Q: When I send a mailing will all email addresses be displayed on the To: line ? |
| |
| A: No, in GroupMail during the send process you can choose what is displayed in the To line of the message, either the individual
recipients email address, their name or you can even put in a description for example "Class of 89 reunion", "Company night Out" or "Softball
Team Updates" etc. |

| Q: Do you offer Tech Support to people using the Free Edition ? |
| |
| A: Yes, for any questions please use the Contact Form, also included on that page are our European and US numbers if you'd prefer to discuss on the phone. |

| Q: Should I send HTML or Plain Text format email messages ? |
| |
| A: Don't try to second guess what your recipients want, with GroupMail you can send both HTML and plain text messages in the same email message. On the receiving end if the persons email client does not allow HTML to be displayed then only the Plain Text version is shown. |

| Q: Does the Free Edition expire / stop working after the trial period ? |
| |
| A: No the Free Edition does not expire, you can use it without charge and without it expiring for as long as you wish. Many people use it for years and never upgrade where their groups don't grow beyond a couple of hundred recipients. They can work within the 100 recipient send limit and send a few batches of 100 if necessary. |

| Q: Do you offer trial versions of the paid editions of GroupMail ? |
| |
| A: Not at the moment and we do not have any immediate plans to do so. If you purchase a license and you are not happy with the product just contact us and request a refund (within 30 days if possible). |

| |
